Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apexadjustinggroup.com (the "Site") and the informational and lead-intake services Apex Adjusting Group ("Apex," "we," "us," or "our") provides through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Site is informational; engagement requires a written contract
The content of the Site, including descriptions of claim types, settlement outcomes, and FAQs, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or the provision of public-adjusting services. An attorney-client or public-adjuster-client relationship is not created by submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or reviewing the Site. Engagement of Apex requires a separate written contract signed by you and an authorized Apex representative.
3. Contingency-fee and "no recovery, no fee" terms
Apex typically represents policyholders on a contingency-fee basis. The specific fee percentage, scope of work, and "no recovery, no fee" terms applicable to your matter are set in your signed contract. Statements on the Site about contingency arrangements are summaries and do not modify any signed contract you may enter into with Apex.
4. Licensing and jurisdiction
Apex is a licensed public-adjusting firm (California License #6005965) and is licensed to act as a public adjuster in California, Arizona, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, Kansas, and Oklahoma. We do not provide services in states where we are not licensed.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Past settlement results referenced on the Site relate to specific matters and do not guarantee or predict results in any other claim. Insurance-claim outcomes depend on policy terms, the underlying loss, the insurer's positions, and other facts unique to each matter.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with the Site's security or availability; (c) submit false or misleading information through Site forms; or (d) use any automated means to access the Site without our prior written consent.
7. Third-party content and links
The Site may include links to or embeds of third-party content (for example, review widgets, calendar booking, or analytics scripts). Apex is not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
